Mike Leone owns and operates Pool Office Manager software, a program built specifically for pool companies to stay organized, increase efficiency and increase profits. Before starting the software, Leone began a pool service company in Ohio in 2010, and still operates the business today. Starting his career in corporate America, Leone spent years working on a LEAN Workforce Management team to improve the tools and efficiency of multi-million dollar teams and projects. Translating the skills, tools and knowledge from corporate America directly into his pool and software company, he continues to assists hundreds of companies improve their business and profits!
